My Background
Asking for help and being vulnerable can be a very scary thing to do for many, and it is also a brave step in the right direction if you are seeking support and/or relief from suffering.
I have experience working with children, adults, families, as well as providing group therapy. I have informed training in Parent Management Treatment Model – Oregon (PMTO), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I use best practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Infant Mental Health (IMH).
