Our therapists each operate independently. Policies, specialties, and methods may differ from therapist to therapist.

Meet Our Therapists

  • AC Cluley, LLMSW

    THEY/THEM - TELEHEALTH ONLY

I work with neurodivergent people who live at the intersection of multiple identities--AuDHD, queer, trans or nonbinary, Latine, BIPOC, and Indoqueer. Many of the people I support have spent years navigating systems that were never designed with their brains, cultures, or identities in mind. Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to explain or hide parts of yourself. All of you is welcome here, and together we can explore ways to build a life that supports both your nervous system and your authentic self.

I was born and raised in a small town in New Mexico. The population there is very diverse and comprises mostly of college students, military, and dairy farmers. My family and I moved to Michigan in January 2024 on orders from the military, but we have decided to stay and raise our family here because we have fallen in love with the beauty of Michigan!

  • Amy Lilienthal, LLMSW

    SHE/HER

Come as you are! Let's work together to understand the tough parts of your life and find ways to improve it. Talking to a therapist you trust about your problems can help you learn new ways to deal with them, making you more present with other people and giving your life more meaning.

Hello, I am Jen, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan. I have worked with children, individuals, couples, and families for over 25 years.

  • Kaye LaFond, LLMSW

    SHE/HER - TELEHEALTH ONLY

Hello, my name is Kaye and I am a neurodivergent (Autistic w/ ADHD, cPTSD, OCD) trauma therapist who practices with abolitionist principles. I believe a large proportion of mental and emotional distress originates from white supremacy, patriarchy, transphobia, ableism, homophobia, and class oppression. I am decidedly here to support people while they navigate those things—not to tell them that they will be unaffected if they just try harder. I acknowledge the violence and oppression baked into our current mental health infrastructure and can hold particular space for those who have been previously harmed by it.

  • Kim Venema, LPC

    SHE/HER

I know that coming in to speak with someone can be daunting and scary. “What if I do it wrong? What if it doesn’t work?” These are scary questions, and questions I have asked myself when I have been in therapy. I strive to provide a welcoming environment. I believe that laughter is, maybe not the best, but definitely in the top 5 of medicines. I take my cues from whoever is sitting on the other side of the room from me, or next to me on the floor. But I do it in a manner that still allows you to have some thoughts and reactions challenged, in order for growth to be allowed and seen. I look forward to working with you and celebrating your successes.

  • Kimberly Ducat, LMSW

    SHE/HER - TELEHEALTH ONLY

    - Kimberly is not accepting new clients at this time -

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. In fact, your mental health can even contribute to negative effects on your physical health should it go untreated. Taking time for yourself to heal, rest, recover, and practice self-care can significantly support healthy benefits to both your mental and physical health.
