TELEHEALTH ONLY

they/them

I work with neurodivergent people who live at the intersection of multiple identities--AuDHD, queer, trans or nonbinary, Latine, BIPOC, and Indoqueer. Many of the people I support have spent years navigating systems that were never designed with their brains, cultures, or identities in mind. Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to explain or hide parts of yourself. All of you is welcome here, and together we can explore ways to build a life that supports both your nervous system and your authentic self.

My Background

My approach to therapy is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I specialize in working with autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burned out from masking, overwhelmed by expectations, or unsure how to move forward in ways that actually work for them. In our work together, we focus on understanding your brain, honoring your experiences, and developing tools that help you navigate life with more clarity, self-compassion, and sustainability.

My work is also shaped by my own lived experiences. I was born and raised in Michigan and am currently licensed there, though I now live in California. I grew up in a rural area and experienced being in and out of foster care and unhoused as a teenager. Navigating those systems deeply informs the way I show up as a therapist today. Despite those challenges, I was able to pursue my education and even write and publish a poetry book--something that reflects my love for creativity and the power of storytelling.

Outside of therapy, I feel most grounded when I'm in nature, creating art, or traveling and exploring new places. These experiences continue to shape how I understand connection, creativity, and the many ways people find meaning and belonging.
