I was born and raised in a small town in New Mexico. The population there is very diverse and comprises mostly of college students, military, and dairy farmers. My family and I moved to Michigan in January 2024 on orders from the military, but we have decided to stay and raise our family here because we have fallen in love with the beauty of Michigan!

My Background

I am licensed in Michigan and New Mexico with 5 years of professional work experience. My background is in community mental health, where I saw clients from all walks of life and with symptoms that ranged from mild to severe. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, bipolar disorder, depression, etc. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I have completed certification trainings in providing sex therapy and in treating trauma.

As a military spouse and a mother, I understand that those life changes can be difficult to navigate on your own. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our sessions and your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey!

I have 2 dogs, Olive and Mila. I have 4 goats, Wallen, Hardy, Lainey, and Jelly Roll. I also have 6 chickens and a fish whose names are yet to be determined.

One Tree Hill, Vampire Diaries, Gilmore Girls are my comfort shows and I have seen them all several times through!

HOBBIES

Reading books, arts and crafts with my family, and playing with my goats.
